Maxime Batende is a seasoned HSSEC professional with over 12 years of experience in safety, environment, hygiene, radiation management, and occupational health across various sectors, including mining and construction. Currently serving as the DR Congo SHEC Advisor at MMG Limited, Maxime previously held positions such as HSEC Coordinator at VALE and Environment Officer at AMCK Kolwezi. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment from 2ie and possesses a strong understanding of and compliance with DR Congo's environmental laws. With excellent leadership and communication skills, Maxime actively promotes health, safety, and environmental awareness in the workplace.
