Peter Willcox

Peter Willcox is a highly experienced mining engineer currently serving as Principal Mining Engineer and Lead Mine Planning Engineer at MMG Limited since March 2014. Previously, Peter held the role of Principal Mining Engineer at Newcrest Mining from January 2005 to November 2013, contributing to significant projects such as the Wafi Golpu Project in Papua New Guinea and the Toguraci Feasibility Project in Indonesia, along with the Cadia East Project in New South Wales. Peter's career began at Mount Isa Mines and Placer Dome, where expertise in mining engineering was developed from 1990 to 2004. Peter earned a degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nottingham from 1986 to 1989.
