David Bearss

David Bearss is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the business owner of PTMYSELF LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, David worked with MyMichigan Health as a Physical Therapist II since April 2014, specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation within the WellSport program. Previous experience includes serving as a staff physical therapist at St. Mary's of Michigan Spine and Rehabilitation Center from May 2011 to April 2014, focusing on patient evaluation and rehabilitation, as well as performing Functional Capacity Evaluations and Pre-Work Screens. Earlier in his career, David worked as a Lab Technician Level 2 with Kelly Scientific Resources from May 2006 to September 2012. Education includes a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness from Central Michigan University.
