Michael Bruzewski

Michael Bruzewski, PHR, serves as the Director of Labor Relations at MyMichigan Health since October 2010, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans for Labor Relations and providing guidance to senior leaders to foster positive employee relations. Notable achievements include negotiating over 25 collective bargaining agreements while managing multiple agreements covering 20% of the workforce. Prior roles encompass Labor Relations Manager and HR Strategic Partner at MyMichigan Health, as well as Human Resources Assistant at Hospice Advantage and professional recruiter at Citistaff. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Michigan State University, supplemented by leadership training from Leadership Midland.
