Michael Esang

Michael Esang is currently a Staff Psychiatrist at MyMichigan Medical Center, providing both ambulatory and inpatient psychiatric services, including interventional techniques such as esketamine treatment, TMS, and ECT. They have served as a Staff Psychiatrist at Clarion Psychiatric Center since 2019 and previously completed a Psychiatry Residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where they also held the role of Chief Resident Physician. Michael's research experience includes positions at Boston Medical Center and Boston University, where they assisted in qualitative analysis and other projects. They received their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Calabar and a Master of Public Health from Boston University.
