Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Volunteer Services at MyMichigan Health since February 2018, overseeing employee and provider recruitment functions. Previously, Michael held various roles at Chemical Bank, including Manager of Talent Management, where leadership in HR strategic planning and management of over 1,300 annual hires was achieved. Additionally, during tenure at MidMichigan Health, Michael spearheaded performance management initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings, and contributed to talent management structures. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School and a BBA in Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
