Patrick Botz, DO, FACOFP, is a partially retired physician who currently serves as a Physician at MyMichigan Health and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at both Central Michigan University College of Medicine and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Between 2012 and 2016, Patrick worked as a Physician Reviewer and Medical Director at HealthPlus of Michigan and held the role of Medical Director at St. Mary's of Michigan PHO from 2014 until 2025. Additionally, Patrick contributed to the medical community as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Michigan Osteopathic Association from 2015 to 2019. Patrick earned a Doctor of Osteopathy from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
