Meet Aneja

Meet Aneja has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are the Global Head of FP&A at Medical Microinstruments, Inc. starting from June 2023.

Prior to this role, Aneja worked at LifeNet Health starting in November 2020, where they held various finance positions including Director of Finance, Financial Analysis Manager, Financial Analysis Supervisor, Financial Analyst, and MBA Intern - Finance. Their tenure at LifeNet Health lasted until June 2023.

In 2009, Aneja had two short-term consulting roles. They were a Strategy Operations Consultant at The Exchange from November 2009 to May 2010, where they analyzed, designed, and presented supply chain solutions. Additionally, they were a Marketing Strategy Consultant at KX Technologies during the same time period, where they collaborated on a product launch strategy.

Aneja's career began in 2008 as an Accounts Receivable Process Associate at Genpact, formerly known as GE Capital. They provided dispute management, accounts receivable solutions, and conducted credit risk analysis.

From 2006 to 2008, Aneja worked as an Accountant & Financial Analyst for various organizations. They assisted clients in transitioning from manual to electronic bookkeeping systems, implemented industry best practices, and built financial forecasting models.

In their early career, Aneja was a Technical Support Specialist at IBM from March 2004 to June 2006. They provided after-sales technical support, introduced a mentor-mentee shadowing system, and created a new reporting system.

Overall, Aneja has a strong background in finance, strategy operations, marketing, accounts receivable, and technical support.

Meet Aneja received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University between 1999 and 2003. In 2008, Aneja pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance as a full-time student at William & Mary, completing the program in 2010. Additionally, Aneja obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from William & Mary in May 2010 and a Certified Agile Leadership certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
