Meet Aneja has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are the Global Head of FP&A at Medical Microinstruments, Inc. starting from June 2023.

Prior to this role, Aneja worked at LifeNet Health starting in November 2020, where they held various finance positions including Director of Finance, Financial Analysis Manager, Financial Analysis Supervisor, Financial Analyst, and MBA Intern - Finance. Their tenure at LifeNet Health lasted until June 2023.

In 2009, Aneja had two short-term consulting roles. They were a Strategy Operations Consultant at The Exchange from November 2009 to May 2010, where they analyzed, designed, and presented supply chain solutions. Meet Aneja received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University between 1999 and 2003. In 2008, Aneja pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance as a full-time student at William & Mary, completing the program in 2010. Additionally, Aneja obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from William & Mary in May 2010 and a Certified Agile Leadership certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
