Michael Ghattas

Michael Ghattas has over 18 years of experience in the medical device industry, specializing in sales and management roles. Michael is currently serving as the European Clinical Sales Director at Medical Microinstruments, Inc. where they are responsible for promoting the Symani Surgical System, a microsurgical device used for performing anastomosis procedures.

Prior to their current position, Michael worked at Medtronic as a Senior Regional Sales Manager in Robotic Assisted Surgery from November 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they worked at Intuitive as a Clinical Sales Manager for a period of seven years from October 2014 to October 2021.

Michael also has experience at Cordis as a Regional Sales Manager from March 2012 to October 2014. Michael began their career at DePuy Mitek Sarl as an Account Manager from May 2009 to March 2012, and prior to that, they worked at Conmed Linvatec as an Account Manager from October 2005 to May 2009.

Michael Ghattas completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 1994 and 1997.
