Aashima Grover currently serves as the Manager of Data Intelligence Products at MMIT, responsible for leading product strategy and development in healthcare analytics. Aashima’s role encompasses managing the end-to-end product lifecycle using Agile methodologies. Previously, Aashima held positions at MMIT as a Senior Analyst and Data Intelligence Analyst, where significant contributions included developing data products for pharmaceutical clients and optimizing Agile sprint planning. Prior experience at Infosys as a Senior Software Engineer involved data migration and developing database applications for healthcare insurance claims, alongside mentoring new hires. Aashima holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Punjabi University.
