Avery Herder

Avery Herder is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Configuration Analyst and previously as a PAR Data Analyst at MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology) since July 2019. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from June 2017 to May 2019, such as a Peer Mentor for the John L Grove College of Business, a Resident Assistant focused on community support and student development, and a New Student Orientation Leader, facilitating the transition for approximately 1,200 new students. Additionally, Avery served as a United States Soccer Federation Referee for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer from September 2013 to September 2016. Avery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2019.
