Sean Wagner

Sean Wagner has over 28 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Sean is currently the Vice President of Client Partnership at MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology) since March 2020. Prior to this, Sean held various leadership roles at ICON plc, including Senior Vice President and Practice Leader, as well as Senior Vice President of Client & Strategic Services for the US Market Access & Reimbursement practice. Sean also served as the Sr. Vice President of Account Management at MediMedia Managed Markets, an ICON plc company. Before joining ICON plc, Sean worked at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group as the Sr VP of Client Services and Vice President of Nelson Managed Solutions. Sean also has experience working at Acurian Inc., LIQUENT, InfoMedics, Covance Periapproval Services Inc., Covance, and Covance Health Economics & Outcome Services. Throughout their career, they have successfully led strategy development, sold new work, and delivered key initiatives for various clients in the healthcare industry.

Sean Wagner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from Amherst College. Sean also has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Policy & Administration from the University of Michigan.
