Thulani Legrier

Thulani LeGrier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is with MMIT as a Client Success Director, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Client Success Manager at the same company. In 2022, Thulani served as the Vice President of Business Development at Kinumi, a Techstars Portfolio Company. They also worked as a Consultant at AlphaSights from 2021 to 2022. Thulani has experience in the public sector as well, having served as the Director of HR, Labor Relations, & Benefits Administration at the City of Hartford from 2020 to 2021. They have also worked as a Human Capital Management Consultant for a healthcare startup from 2018 to 2021 and as the Head of HR at Hartford Yard Goats Baseball from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Thulani gained valuable experience at Cigna and Aetna in various roles, including Vice President, National Accounts at Cigna and Director, National Accounts at Aetna. Their career journey began at Loyola University Chicago, where they served as a Student Ambassador and Executive Board Member from 2003 to 2006.

Thulani LeGrier completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double-major in Economics and Marketing and a minor in Sociology at Loyola University Chicago from 2002 to 2006. Currently, Thulani is pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, with an expected graduation date in May 2025.
