Blai Pratdesaba

Blai Pratdesaba is the current Head of Technology at mmob. Prior to this, they were a Cofounder at Runagood and CTO at Zzish. At Zzish, they were responsible for leading the software development team and grew it from 2 to 15 members. Blai also applied proactive problem management through 1:1 meetings every two weeks to help with motivation and address concerns. Additionally, they prepared informative reports and presentations for board members, providing analytics and analysis that measure successes and failures.

Blai Pratdesaba studied at the Escola Superior de Disseny ESDi, where they obtained a degree in Art Electronic i Disseny Digital with a focus in digital communication and media/multimedia.

Their manager is Irfan Khan, CEO & Founder. Eddie Lok - Senior Software Engineer, Hasseeb Hussain - Software Engineer, and Edward Harman - Software Engineer report to Blai Pratdesaba. They work with Michelle Neoh - Business Manager, Mia Allus - GM, Malaysia, and Tom Biss - Sales Director.
