MMP Construction (McMillan & Pereira Construction) is a specialist civil and structural contractor based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Unlike traditional builders, MMP operates as a technical contractor — combining engineering expertise with hands-on construction capability to deliver complex structural repairs, concrete works, building restoration, and high-precision civil projects.
With over 30 years of experience, MMP is trusted by major public and private sector clients to solve challenging infrastructure and structural problems. The company is a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor and maintains small, highly skilled teams, ensuring quality, accountability, and “right-first-time” execution on every project.

MMP provides turnkey solutions — from diagnosis and design support to repair, strengthening, coatings, demolition, and final finishes. Their in-house expertise and strong partnerships with specialist material suppliers enable them to deliver durable, engineered outcomes rather than just surface-level fixes.
