Richard Davies

Richard Davies is the managing partner of the Pennsylvania office of Milber Makris Plousadis Seiden, where their practice focuses on the representation of engineers, architects, and other design professionals. Richard has extensive expertise in contract negotiations, risk management, and handling complex litigation issues, including claims related to various engineering and architectural systems. They have contributed to the Pennsylvania section of the State-By-State Guide to Design and Construction Contracts and Claims and are an accomplished lecturer on professional liability topics. With a strong commitment to the design community, Richard serves on several boards, including the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and actively participates in legislative efforts to enhance the field. They previously held positions at Harvey Pennington and Powell Trachtman before joining Milber Makris in 2018.
