Dirk de Heer

Dirk de Heer has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as the first line non-financial risk manager at MN since January 2021, focusing on analyzing and implementing legislation in the NFRM Vermogensbeheer division. Prior to this, Dirk held the position of Business Consultant for Vermogensbeheer from 2012 to 2020, where contributions included supporting and improving investment processes through Lean and Agile methodologies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Portfolio Guidance at Hypotrust from June 1999 to October 2000, managing back-office operations and client services, and a significant tenure at VSB bank from January 1988 to June 1999, culminating in the role of Branch Director overseeing multiple branches and responsible for various managerial and client advisory duties. Dirk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economisch Juridisch from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, attained from 1983 to 1986.
