Leroy Refos

Leroy Refos is the Interim Head of Data Governance at MN vermogensbeheer, where they are responsible for the direction, design, and implementation of data governance. Previously, Leroy worked as a Data Management Advisor at Aegon Nederland and held various positions at KPMG, including Manager specializing in data governance, and at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Credit Risk & Data Management Analyst. In addition to their work, Leroy is a founding partner and Managing Director at Sendido, focusing on strategy consulting and training in data management and AI. Leroy is currently pursuing multiple degrees at Harvard University and VU University Amsterdam.
