Max Merten is an experienced IT Risk Manager and consultant, currently serving as an Interim IT Risk Manager at MN since January 2024. With a rich background in Information Risk Management and IT Audit, Max has held several interim roles, including IT Security Risk at bol.com and IT Auditor at PwC Nederland. Prior experience includes a position as IT Risk Manager at Rabobank, where responsibilities included investigations and oversight related to Information Security and IT Risk. Max’s career also includes roles at KPMG, where extensive IT Assurance and Advisory engagements were managed. Holding multiple master's degrees from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Max is a Registered EDP Auditor (RE) with a solid educational foundation in business and IT.
