Tim Kesseler

Tim Kesseler is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Listed Real Estate at MN, overseeing the manager selection and monitoring of bespoke listed real estate mandates in Europe and North America since June 2022. Kesseler has been actively involved in the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) Working Group on SFDR, focusing on identifying inefficiencies and uncertainties in legislative frameworks and promoting policy recommendations to support the transition to net zero in the listed real estate sector. Prior experience includes roles as Portfolio Manager and Fund Manager at MN, with a strong emphasis on European regulations and ESG practices, as well as serving as a Portfolio Analyst at Bouwinvest and managing investor outreach at EPRA. Kesseler holds an MSc in International Business Finance from Maastricht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, and Control from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
