Wilco Hoff

Wilco Hoff is an experienced actuary and the owner of AddValue Actuarieel Advies, specializing in pension and insurance consultancy. They have held various roles in the actuarial field, including positions as a statistician and actuarial consultant at LAB Benelux BV and Aon Hewitt, respectively. With a strong background in embedded value, pricing, and Solvency II, Wilco has also contributed to several organizations, such as Achmea and ASR, focusing on actuarial reporting and project management. Wilco holds a Doctorandus degree in Mathematics from Vrije Universiteit and an Actuarieel Analist certification from Actuarieel Instituut. Currently, they are serving as an actuary for MN and Pensioenfonds PNO Media, while continuing their consultancy work.
