The Manufacturing Service at MNAM at centred around Metal Additive Manufacturing starting with the laser powder bed system capable of processing 20+ Alloys. MNAM has also invested in developing the post-processing fulfilment that includes processes such as Heat Treatment, Shot peening, CNC machining, EDM processing, etc. With a robust QA process set, MNAM ensures that the components are within tolerance even before dispatch

The engineering consultancy services provided by MNAM, enable our clients to realize their products quickly and cost-effectively. With a dedicated design team expert in CAD/CAE software packages. MNAM works with the clients for addressing 3D modelling assignments for PLM, FEA/CFD analysis for CAE, MoldEx 3DAnalysis for Injection Moulding, etc. In addition, at MNAM, we partner with stakeholders in the Metal AM supply chain to develop materials, qualify components, develop benchmarks for the accessories
