Benoît Hudon

Benoît Hudon holds a BAA in Marketing and a certificate in Human Resource Management, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and change management certifications. With over twenty years of experience in various leadership, management, and coordination roles, Benoît serves as the Director of Consulting for Continuous Improvement and Skills Development at MNP since 2022. Prior to this, Benoît spent fifteen years in a manufacturing company as the Director of Human Resources, where they implemented Lean Management practices that turned the organization into a model in Quebec. Known for strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, Benoît focuses on creating safe, quality, and productive work environments while promoting team efforts and organizational development.
