Previously, Chad held various managerial roles at Viterra, overseeing farm supply marketing and agronomic services, and contributed to the agronomic development of Certified Crop Advisers in Saskatchewan. Chad earned a BSc in Agricultural Biology and later an MBA in Biotechnology Management from the University of Saskatchewan.
