Chris Kerr, CPA, CGA, is a seasoned professional in accounting and finance with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at MNP since January 2023, Chris is also the Founder of Kerr & Company, Chartered Professional Accountant, established in May 2009, which offers services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, small business consulting, and regulatory reporting. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Kiska Metals Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, compliance reporting, and corporate governance, as well as Senior Financial Analyst at Fluor focusing on financial oversight for construction projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Ernst & Young as both a Senior Consultant in internal and external auditing and as a Staff Accountant at Watson Dauphinee & Masuch. Chris holds a Certified General Accountant designation from the Certified General Accountants of BC and a degree in Arts, Economics from The University of British Columbia.
