Clint Abbott

Clint Abbott, PhD, MBA, serves as Senior Manager for Public Sector Advisory at MNP since June 2022, and holds multiple leadership roles within the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) Victoria Chapter, including Vice Chair, Secretary, and Board Member. Abbott's previous experience includes directing policy and regulatory affairs at Technical Safety BC, leading program and policy development in the Government of British Columbia, and various academic positions, including Research Associate at the University of Victoria. Abbott has contributed to key initiatives focused on public policy, legislative development, and international governance, supported by a strong educational background with a PhD in Global Governance and an MBA in Global Business and Climate Policy.
