Cooper Xu

Cooper Xu, CPA, MST, is a seasoned U.S. and Canada cross-border tax professional with extensive experience in tax planning and compliance. They served as a Senior Tax Advisor at Moodys Gartner Tax Law LLP from 2012 to 2020, managing complex U.S. tax compliance projects and representing clients before tax authorities. Currently, Cooper is a Partner in Cross-border Tax at MNP, having previously held leadership roles at PwC Canada and Andersen in Canada. They hold a Master’s degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Concordia University, along with several other professional qualifications.
