George Huang, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Regional Leader for Public Companies at MNP LLP, where they specialize in go-public transactions across various North American exchanges. With expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, George has developed a focus on Blockchain, Cannabis, China Service, and Fintech sectors. Previously, they held senior accounting roles at Stern Cohen LLP and Kreston GTA, and served in multiple capacities at MNP since 2016.
