Jenn Shaw

Jenn Shaw (Osiowy), CPHR, CEBS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Capital at MNP since November 2013. In this role, Jenn has excelled in driving automation to enhance internal processes and has contributed to national HR projects that align with firm-wide strategies. Previous experience includes managing employee benefits transitions and developing efficiencies in reporting. Earlier, Jenn held various positions at Anthropologie, culminating in a Manager in Training role, where leadership and operational expertise were demonstrated in supervising a large team and optimizing sales processes. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Calgary, complemented by education from St. Mary's University and a high school diploma from Bishop O'Byrne High School.
