Jonathan Clarke

Jonathan Clarke is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various senior management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MNP since January 2022, Jonathan previously held the position of Finance Manager for the Power Transfer Technologies North American Division at Mersen Canada DN Ltd. from December 2020 to November 2021, overseeing all aspects of the finance department across multiple locations in Canada and the United States. Prior to that, Jonathan spent 18 years at Deloitte, where responsibilities included leading audit engagements and contributing to the Canadian deployment of new audit software and methodologies. Jonathan's early career included roles at Arthur Andersen & Co. and involvement in program management for Water Polo Canada, culminating in leadership with the Women’s National Team. Academically, Jonathan holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from Concordia University, following initial studies in Pure and Applied Sciences at John Abbott College.
