Kay Lawrence has extensive experience in trust fundraising and administration, having served as the Trusts and Foundations Lead at Motivation International from April 2013 to March 2022, where partnerships with grant-making trusts and foundations were formed to create lasting community impacts. In addition, Kay held a voluntary role as Secretary for the IoF Trusts and Statutory SIG from June 2016 to February 2022, facilitating a national forum for best practices among trust fundraisers. Kay's career includes positions as a Trust Fundraising Officer at Tree Aid, a PR & Marketing Administrator at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre, and, more recently, as an Assistant Manager at Pet Valu, providing support to pet owners. Currently, Kay works as an Administrative Assistant at MNP since March 2025.
