Lara Nonay

Lara Nonay, CPA CA, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Taxation Services at MNP since March 2021 and has been a Group Study/Tutorial Series Facilitator for CPA Canada since November 2019. Previously, Lara worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Canada from August 2018 to March 2021 and operated Blue Tangent Consulting while also functioning as a Chartered Professional Accountant from April 2007 to August 2018. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and staff accountant duties at Grant Thornton LLP. Lara began a professional journey in accounting and finance with an earlier position as a Budget and Business Analyst for the Government of Alberta and a student internship at Merrill Lynch. Lara holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, and has been actively involved in accounting and taxation consulting throughout the career.
