Beginning a career at Deloitte UK as a Tax Senior, skilled in tax planning, due diligence, and client audits, Le Van transitioned to Canada, where positions included AVP - Tax at CIT Financial Ltd, Senior Tax Manager, and Tax Manager at Deloitte Canada, focusing on financial sector clients and cross-border tax implications. Currently a Partner at MNP, Le Van continues to leverage expertise in Canadian tax while mentoring others in the field.
