Lea Trotman

Lea Trotman is an experienced professional in consulting services, currently serving as a Manager at MNP since February 2023, where Lea leads the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion practice. In addition to this role, Lea is a Fellow at the Black Wealth Club, engaging with emerging Canadian Black prospects on wealth generation and community reinvestment. Previously, Lea held significant positions, including Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Corus Entertainment and co-Lead of the DE&I Community of Practice at Deloitte, where Lea played a crucial role in founding the Black Action Council. Lea's early career includes various roles at RBC Global Asset Management and program development experience focused on Indigenous access to engineering. Lea holds a Bachelor's degree (Honours) from Queen's University and completed additional education at BrainStation.
