Lorraine Laquerre

Lorraine Laquerre is the Associate General Counsel at MNP, specializing in civil law and common law with a Master’s degree in International Business. They have previously worked at BCF LLP, focusing on commercial transactions involving intellectual property, and were self-employed while completing their Master's. They have extensive experience in contract drafting, commercial law, and intellectual property law, with a strong interest in strategy and corporate law. Lorraine also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from McGill University.
