Melanie Fix

Melanie Fix is a Partner at MNP LLP, where they lead organizational, people, culture, and change engagements for a diverse range of clients. Previously, they served as an Independent Consultant from 2010 to 2017 and held various consulting roles at KPMG and TurnKey Management Consulting in the early 2000s. Melanie's extensive experience includes project management of organizational transformation engagements and conducting feasibility studies for public sector and not-for-profit clients. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Alberta, earned between 1993 and 1997.
