Michael Basso, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT, is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Partner and Senior Vice President at MNP, assisting companies, lenders, and stakeholders through financial distress. Previously, Basso held leadership roles at BDO Canada, FTI Consulting, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they managed complex transactions and restructurings. With a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Brock University, Basso has extensive experience in developing financial models, managing audit teams, and providing assurance services across various sectors.
