Pam Smith

Pam Smith is a skilled taxation services professional currently serving as Partner at MNP since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same firm. Pam has also contributed as a Facilitator for the In Depth Tax program at CPA Canada since September 2021. Previous experience includes over a decade at Grant Thornton LLP, where Pam advanced from Senior Accountant in Assurance Services to Senior Manager in Tax Services. Early career roles encompassed various accounting and administrative positions, including AP Accountant at Neverblue and Administrative Assistant at Stephen Whipp Financial. Pam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University, a CPA in In-Depth Tax from CPA Canada, and is currently pursuing a Trust and Estate Planning Diploma through STEP Canada. Additional qualifications include a Certificate in Accounting from Camosun College and an Associate degree in Hospitality Management from Vancouver Island University.
