Pascal Rathe

Pascal Rathe has extensive experience in resource management and operational planning across various sectors. Currently serving as Directeur des ressources at MNP since July 2024, Pascal previously held the position of Directeur de section at Desjardins from November 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included organizational support, strategic planning, and performance management. Prior roles include Directeur Principal at Deloitte from 2006 to 2022, focusing on workforce management and strategic consultation, and engaging in project management and resource optimization. Pascal's earlier experience includes roles at Meloche Monnex Inc. as a conseiller en optimisation des ressources and as Directeur adjoint at Centre Molson, managing logistics and team coordination for high-pressure events. Pascal holds a Diplôme d’études collégiales in administrative techniques from Cégep André-Laurendeau and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
