Peter Guo

Peter Guo is the Founder and Board Chair with a distinguished career in governance, risk, and controls, recognized as one of BC500's Most Influential Business Leaders. Currently, they serve on the Board of Directors for the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and hold a vice-chair position at the Praxis Spinal Cord Institute’s Governance Committee. Peter's previous experience includes being a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and founding the Enterprise Risk Services at MNP, alongside significant roles in various advisory and leadership committees dedicated to diversity and inclusion. They earned an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
