Phil Wei, MBA, currently serves as a Management Consultant at MNP since September 2022. Previously, Phil held various roles at Destination Auto Group from October 2017 to April 2020, including Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Specialist, achieving recognition as the 2019 Winner of the Honda Council of Sales Leadership. As a Co-Founder of Zarpe Internet Tech Ltd from September 2014 to October 2017, Phil led the development of a SaaS-based CRM application for automotive retailers in China. Additional experience includes founding Dustoki Solutions Corp, working as an Application Developer at troo Corporation and Mobility Quotient Inc., and serving as a Web GIS Developer/Analyst at Altus Geomatics. Phil holds an MBA from Concordia University and a BS in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary.
