Simran Sawhney

Simran Sawhney, CPA, is currently on maternity leave and serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for experienced hires in Western Canada at MNP, a leading national accounting, tax, and business consulting firm. Previously, Simran worked as a Senior Analyst for External Reporting at Mercer International, where responsibilities included the preparation of US GAAP financial statements and collaboration with senior leadership. With experience as a Senior Search Consultant at The Mason Group and a Talent Acquisition Manager at Treewalk, Simran has developed expertise in recruitment strategies and candidate management. Simran began their career as a Senior Associate in the Audit Assurance Group at PwC Canada, where they honed interpersonal skills and contributed to financial audits. Simran is also pursuing certification with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
