Walter Gomez

Walter Gomez, CPA, is a Partner in MNP’s Assurance Services Group in Montreal, specializing in services for publicly listed entities in Canada and the US, as well as private companies. With expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and various auditing standards, Walter provides assistance with go-public transactions, prospectus filings, and merger & acquisition services across sectors such as cannabis and technology. Walter has previously served as Vice-President External for the Desautels Accounting Society and was the President of the CPA Congress 2013 Committee, organizing significant networking events for future CPAs in Quebec. Walter holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University and completed the CPA Professional Education Program.
