Kyle Erickson

Kyle Erickson is currently the Director of Operations at MNSTAR Group and has served as the Head Softball Coach at Itasca Community College since 2014. With a diverse background, Kyle has held roles including Operations Manager at Minnesota Diversified Industries and Program Manager at AEOA. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, as well as a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Crown College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Kyle's leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership and empowering others to become successful leaders.
