Izzi Cain is a user experience designer with a passion for transforming complex experiences into streamlined solutions through service design. Currently a Senior Service Designer at MO, Izzi previously worked at IBM as a Service Designer and User Experience Designer, where they contributed to various research and product design projects. Izzi holds a Bachelor of Science in Design, Innovation & Society and Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has extended their involvement in the design community through a leadership role with Design for America in New York City.
