Marisa Diaz is a UX Strategy and Design Operations leader with over 8 years of experience in the social impact sector, specializing in design thinking. Currently, as a Senior Service Designer at MO, Marisa applies system thinking skills to connect user insights across various organizational functions. Previously, Marisa held roles including Senior Manager of Design Strategy & Insights at Benefits Data Trust and Validation Team Leader at ERT, where they managed teams, facilitated workshops, and oversaw design operations.
