Hannah Godfrey is an experienced Product Designer currently working at Mo since April 2023, focusing on a reward and recognition platform that promotes meaningful team engagement. Previously, Hannah served as a Product Designer on the founding team at Earnr, where responsibilities included product design and strategy, user research, and securing Innovate UK funding. Hannah's prior role as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Urban Jungle Insurance involved end-to-end product design and leading a small design team, along with a foundational UX/UI Designer position where Hannah contributed to user research and brand evolution. Earlier career experiences include roles in music publishing and orchestral management, showcasing a diverse skill set in design, project management, and music industry expertise. Hannah holds a BA in Music (Industry) from the University of Leeds and a UX Design certification from General Assembly.
