Moana Impact Studio is a Pacific-led social enterprise based in Australia, working at the intersection of community, education, research and systems change.

We partner with universities, government, philanthropy and community organisations to design culturally grounded strategy, evaluation and leadership initiatives that move beyond performative diversity toward structural transformation.

Our work is anchored in Pacific epistemologies including vā, talanoa, relational accountability and collective governance. We believe impact must be measurable, but it must also be meaningful.
