Frank Qiu

Frank Qiu, Ph.D., MBA, is a results-driven product leader and coach with extensive experience in leading product innovation and driving cultural transformation across various organizations. They served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Threads Styling, where they oversaw a fourfold increase in revenues and played a pivotal role in its acquisition by Chalhoub Group. Frank has also held senior roles at companies such as Fresenius Medical Care North America and Iron Mountain, where they significantly contributed to revenue growth and strategic development. Currently, Frank is a partner at Product Culture, advising and mentoring product leaders and companies to enhance product management and user experience. They are pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University while advising several startups in their growth and development.
