Olivier Küng

Olivier Küng is a board member at Mobbot and was previously with Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC) and venturekick.ch. Olivier has also worked Independantly. From January 2015 to February 2018, they were with Pix4D as Product Director and Co-Founder. There, they grew and organized product development, going from 1 to 7 dev teams, applying lean and agile mindset, data driven decisions, and focus on UX and quality, achieving 3x active paid users. Their tactical activities included epics, user stories, storyboards, storymaps, product discovery, sprint goals, backlog prioritization, product demos, quantitative studies (analytical tools, funnels), qualitative studies (interviews, observations, usability tests, competition). Their strategic activities included creating a shared vision and generating buy-in of stakeholders, value proposition, user segmentation, MVPs, KPI, product strategy and roadmap, business model and financial forecast. From April 2013 to December 2014 they were Pix4D's Director of Partnerships and Support. And finally, from February 2011 to March 2013 they were CTO and Co-Founder of Pix4D.

Olivier Küng is a product management executive who has attended INSEAD and IDC Institut de coaching Geneve. Olivier is also a Phd candidate in computer vision at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and holds a masters in computer science from the same school. Their undergraduate degree is in computer science from IIT Delhi.
